Required Skills:
- Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
- Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets
- Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management
portals. - Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work
environment. - Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team
- Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements and make calls to
qualify them for the job. - Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the
closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). - Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /
Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame. - Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize them.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
- Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to
deliver results and handle pressure. - Candidate should be flexible to work in night shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
