Required Skills:
  • Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
  • Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets
  •  Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management
    portals.
  •  Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.
  •  Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work
    environment.
  •  Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)
  •  Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  •  Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team
  •  Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements and make calls to
    qualify them for the job.
  •  Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the
    closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  •  Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /
    Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame.
  •  Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize them.
  •  Communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
  •  Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to
    deliver results and handle pressure.
  •  Candidate should be flexible to work in night shift.
  •  Immediate joiners preferred.
