  • Recruit, manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients hiring needs.
  • Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods.
  •  Build a strong, dynamic and a competent recruitment team by foreseeing demand pipelines.
  •  Coordinate with the Business Development colleagues to have a thorough understanding of the
    job profiles given by the client.
  •  Impart hands-on trainer for recruitment team-members
  •  Do the search and recruitment of senior positions himself / herself
  •  Visit the client when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement
  •  Maintain up-to-date Data Bank of candidates for various job profiles
  •  Take responsibility of uploading latest client openings on our companys portal with the help of
    our IT team.
  •  Use various resources for recruitment
  •  Prioritise work and review it with team member (recruiters)
  •  Familiar with professional social networking sites and various Auto HR groups
  •  Essential Qualities:
  •  Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence
  •  Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in
    the Automobile industry.
  •  Must possess computer skills
  •  Thorough knowledge of accessing data banks and portals
  •  Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time
  •  Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike
  •  Good team leader and team builder
  •  Open to travelling occasionally to clients
